Hotel Silvretta - Kappl (Landeck)

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the Austrian Tyrol. The location of the hotel at the top of the village was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views across the valley. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The basic amenities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and my room was clean and spacious. One highlight was waking up each morning to a delicious breakfast served on fresh crusty rolls. It was the perfect start to my day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Additionally, the attention to detail and value for money were top-notch, ensuring that I had a truly memorable experience.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the location of the accommodation, which was close to the ski slopes. I really enjoyed the sauna area, which was open for a few hours in the afternoon. The barman was also very friendly and welcoming, providing a great atmosphere in the hotel.

The staff and management were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Requests for simple things such as a change of table size for our group or extending the spa opening times due to skiing were met with rude and dismissive responses.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel nestled in the Austrian Alps, just a stone's throw away from the slopes. the location was ideal for my skiing trip, being both up to Sunny Mountain and down to the main gondola in Kappl. the room was spacious, with a spotless bathroom and breathtaking views of the Tirol region. the service was excellent, with friendly staff and a scrumptious breakfast spread every morning. the hotel offered various facilities, such as a bar and sauna, which added to the overall experience.
